General Terms and Conditions
These terms relate to sales over the Internet only. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time and without notice to you. You shall not be able to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms. Any access or use of www.eastwoodave.com implies your consent to the following terms and conditions:
All products listed for sale on Eastwoodave.com are in stock and available for sale. We endeavour to ensure our inventory is as accurate as possible, however, errors can occur. In the event that an item is oversold we will contact you immediately to either make a substitution or if no suitable option exists, issue you a refund.
Eastwoodave.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed through Lightspeed Payments.
All Canadian and U.S orders are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number. Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of Eastwood Ave. Menswear.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Correctly completed orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the following Monday or business day. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. If you do not receive a notification please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Eastwood Ave. Menswear.

Returns & Exchanges:
Eastwood Ave. Menswear will accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 14 days of item delivery, as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when shipped out. Returns must be approved by Eastwood Ave. Menswear prior to shipping, with no exceptions. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. Orders may be picked up in-store at no charge. All costs related to return/exchange shipping are the customers responsibility. Any packages received outside of the 14 day time period may be declined and returned to the customer. No refunds will be offered.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Eastwood Ave. Menswear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will provide your tracking number, but once this information has been provided to the customer, it is the customers responsibility to deal with the postal service if any loss or damage of items occur. All items are purchased at the customers risk.
Eastwood Ave. Menswear will never sell or share your personal information. We take the privacy of our clients seriously and make every effort to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for all.
